This Time Next Year Australia Becomes Ratings Smash Hit!

This Time Next Year, the fastest selling show of 2016, launched on the Nine Network last night with 1.28 million viewers, peaking with a fantastic 1.48 million. The show reached 35.6% of the FTA audience with a commercial share of 44.6%.
During the show, host Karl Stefanovic met a number of determined and compelling individuals, all ready to pledge 12 months of their lives to pursue an extraordinary challenge. As they leave the studio through the “this time” door and re-appear moments later through the “next year” door, we see the results of their work and effort in an instant. Unique, warm and compelling television that had the Australian audience glued to their TV screens and sent social media into a spin!
The primetime studio entertainment series performed strongly on its UK debut last year and was quickly recommissioned. The format was acquired by numerous global broadcasters making it the fastest selling new format of 2016.
